A
lot of people nowadays have experienced fear, anxiety that leads to depression,
seeking to have freedom from it. They tried many things like drugs, alcohol,
and even in a wrong relationship but they are failed. This verse tells us the
secret of the Psalmist on how he became victorious during his life turmoil, he
cried out! he seeks God's mercy. God is faithful to His promises, Psalms 50:15
"and call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you,
and you will honor me.” He declared and kept God's promises, and he
succeeded. It is very rewarding being a child of God, all the benefits will be
yours because He is our loving father, He changed not. Just
call upon the name of the Lord, the name above other names. There is no like
Him! Indeed, He is an awesome God! Praise the name of Jesus! God is alive!
